Placing an Order

To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart". You can click on "View Cart" at anytime to update the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout" to begin the checkout process.

Payment

Orders go through Paypal's secure server. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay using your credit or debit card through Paypal.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days and sent via Canada Post. Yes, we ship internationally, although orders outside of Canada may incur additional customs charges. If you require a shipping service faster then 5 days, please contact us to let us know.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know within 7 days upon receipt of your package in order to:

a) Be able to exchange the item

b) Be able to receive a Store Credit

Please email us at info(at)nextdoorstyle(dot)com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or store credit. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification will not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsibility of customer.

*We cannot accept exchange or store credit requests after the 7-day period.

***Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for beauty products, swimwear, underwear, earrings, or custom items.

Jewelry Care

Store the design in a Ziploc bag to prevent exposure to oxidizing air.

Keep your piece in the dark - a safe spot in a drawer, or a jewelry box.

Give your design a buff with a polishing cloth or rinse with soap and water after wearing.

Garment Care

You are wearing a piece of art. Hand wash gently and lay flat to dry in the shade. It will last longer.
